Good ways to organise the use of the 3 computers in the classroom as part of everyday Maths, Reading and Writing. And new ideas or programmes/learning objects I can use for these areas.
By the end of the visit, I would like to have achieved:
Acquired new ideas for using ICT in my classroom. Know how to organise my teaching time to include these ideas.

Fraser Before my visit with the facilitator I will: have obtained the digistore password for our school. Tried using MovieMaker with a couple of children in the room.
During the visit, the area I would like to focus on or discuss is: what other school's do with limited hardware in their rooms. Are there any options available for school's to increase their hardware capabilities on a low budget? Any programmes similar to Super Dooper Music Looper/Garageband that are low cost and easily obtainable. Have since obtained a copy of Music Looper from the US.
By the end of the visit, I would like to have achieved: Some ideas to think about and maybe some options to look into.
Next steps? Where will you take this new learning? If no other programmes are available I will look at finding my Music Looper programme! Somewhere in the abyss!
Pam Before my visit with the facilitator I will: have had all the students take / discuss photo angles/ shots using the digital camera and introduced the web cam to improve reading aloud to an audience.
During the visit, the area I would like to focus on or discuss is:setting up social book marking
By the end of the visit, I would like to have achieved: how to set up social book marking
Next steps? Where will you take this new learning? hopefully so that I set set up sites for the kids on mulitple computers without having to repeat the process on each classroom desktop.

During the visit, the area I would like to focus on or discuss is: What's available to schools regarding site security and the difference (including costs) between a class blogg vs a website using front page.
By the end of the visit, I would like to have achieved: An understanding and knowledge of where to next with the class regarding either their blogg or wesite development.
Next steps? Where will you take this new learning? I would like the children to continue designing and developing their own online areas with the view to increase their awareness of special online features (eg movie maker, garageband...)
