Goal: To explore, review and develop school based curriculum in each school that reflects the need of the school community in line with NZ C. Success Indicators
• There is considerable staff dialogue, experimentation, reflection and refinement
• By June 2009 schools will have drafted documentation to show the curriculum their school has developed to meet the needs of their community and provide learning outcomes for students.

Goal: Cluster Programme Goals
To develop the professional learning communities within the cluster to enhance resource sharing, teacher reflection and collaboration. Success Indicators
• The cluster wiki will continue to be used as a communication and reflective tool to further enhance teacher capability. Sharing will comprise of artefacts and learning stories, from cluster personnel.

• The cluster wiki will be used as a reflective space for those attending learning at Schools in Rotorua. Attending personnel will outline their goals and how they implement this in their practice
